On July 16, 2008, the Morris County and Central NJ SHRM Chapters partnered to present a Summer Employment Law Update workshop.  Attorneys from Jackson Lewis, LLP presented in-depth and practical information to over 100 attendees, covering topics such as family leave; electronic document management and security; “whistleblower” claims and workplace access to pornography.  Jackson Lewis has generously offered to share a copy of their presentation with us at click here.  We’d like to thank Jackson Lewis for sharing their time, expertise and humor, as well as the myriad of volunteers from chapters far and wide who came together to make this event a success!
